Embalagem Segura was founded in 2014 and is located in Ovar.
We develop and produce industrial packaging in wood, as well as our services for packaging industrial equipment to be transported by air, land and/or sea.

We have an Engineering and Development Department (I&D) where we create our packaging designs using computer modelling, identifying the ideal solution for packaging complex products, taking into account their dimensions, shape, weight and sensitivity to the means of transport or storage.
Our excellence is based on combining the specialised knowledge of an experienced team with the use of the most advanced technologies, right from the first contact with the client.

Embalsegur's production process comprises a number of quality-focused stages, including rigorous control of raw materials, efficient production planning, the production of packaging by a qualified team and continuous quality monitoring.
In addition, we have a CNC machining centre for wooden boards and we can complement the wooden packaging with structural metal components manufactured in our in-house metalworks:

We know that packaging needs are varied and sometimes difficult to find ready-made solutions for. That's why we're prepared to manufacture small series of customised packaging, regardless of their size, strength or format.

We have the capacity to produce packaging on a large scale, adapting to different sizes, resistance levels and shapes.

The essential activities of this process guarantee quality and safety in all the projects we develop and accompany. We work together with the client, adopting creative and innovative approaches, always carrying out the packaging with total care and respect for the contents.
We have specialised teams available to travel to our clients' premises, in any region of the country, whenever necessary, to ensure that goods are properly packed in our containers, and are qualified to handle the lashing, securing and stowage of goods in sea containers and flatracks.
We also have the necessary infrastructure to carry out these services in our own facilities, which have storage space, cranes with a capacity of up to 16 tonnes, forklifts of up to 6 tonnes and partnerships with truck crane companies.
In this way, we help our clients save time and resources, allowing them to concentrate on what really matters.

Securing is the process of fixing, lashing and stabilising loads on transport vehicles, which is essential to prevent damage, displacement and accidents during road, sea or air transport.
We have a specialised technical team, applying modern and effective lashing techniques using certified materials (straps, ratchets, angles, nets, etc.). We cater for special, fragile and large loads. Exports and sea shipments, removals and transport of machinery.
Our main clients include hauliers and logistics operators, industries and companies from various sectors.
